Institute Pre-registration must be received at the AHS, Inc. 2011 office by April 1, 2011 to receive the early rates.  The last day to cancel institute registration for refund (minus $25 processing fee) was May 18, 2011. 

You may register for the AHS, Inc. 2011 Summer Institute in one of the following ways:

Important notes:

  • Your Institute registration badge will serve as your evening concert ticket. If you wish to order additional concert tickets for non-registered guests, you may purchase them online. Additional tickets may also be purchased at the Murchison Box Office onsite.
  • The first 50 students (full time students who are 21 and younger) who are National AHS, Inc. Members and register before April 1, 2011 will receive complimentary registration.  Recipients of complimentary registration will be required to show a student ID or proof of enrollment upon check-in.
  • Attendees who are younger than 18 must complete the Proof of Medical Insurance waiver (PDF). You may email, mail, or fax this form to the below AHS, Inc. 2011 Institute address.
  • Your registration includes tickets to events and concerts.  Additional event tickets may be ordered at the time your register, or onsite at the Murchison Performing Arts Center (on the UNT campus).
  • Please note that in order to register for the 2011 Summer Institute, you must be an American Harp Society, Inc. national member.  You may include your national membership dues with your 2011 Summer Institute Registration and the AHS, Inc. Membership Secretary will process your AHS, Inc. Membership Dues after the Summer Institute.
